| General Information |
I am very active & enjoy a challenge. Posses a positive
outlook & consider myself to be on the threshold of a new
chapter in life. My glass is always half full. Challenges
are “opportunities to excel”. Shy initially, but I
warm up quickly, sometimes a little mischievous. A patient
disposition (at least that is what I am sometimes told).
T.V., does not play a role in my life & I seldom plant
myself on the couch. The exception being if I were able to
find an affectionate lady to snuggle with & enjoy small talk
or a movie.
My children are young adults, 28 & 31 years
of age. I enjoy a positive relationship with them. Both
are within an hours travel & we see each other often.
I
have a great vocation which I thoroughly enjoy. My work
allows me to meet & interact with captains of their
respective industries. My occupation is never dull, fast
paced, mentally & financially rewarding. I enjoy the mutual
admiration of my peers, & enjoy both challenging &
encouraging the younger generation that will one day take
over from me.
I work hard but also like to take time out
to play. I enjoy both dressing up for a night in the city
or donning jeans for a camp fire on the beach. Good food &
fine wine are a distinct pleasure. I enjoy helping my
partner cook, (I even stick around to clean up after), & am
known for my flavorful barbecue. The theater, art, music
are all an enjoyable pastime for me.
Travel, both
spontaneous & planned are always acceptable. I was born and
raised in Europe, visit and explore as much as I am able.
Warm water, silky sand & a sail boat are one of my favorite
ways to vacate. I have traveled & lived short term in
developing countries for humanitarian/charitable endeavors.
Exploration, new foods, fresh ideas, the road less traveled,
all engage my curiosity.
I tend to be gentleman & very
romantic. Candlelight dinners with soft music, walks on the
beach, a bubble bath & a fine wine, (as a surprise for my
lady), flowers & small tokens of affection are all on my
radar. Touching, loving words, snuggling in front of a
fire, public displays of affection, all ignite my senses.

working out & walking regularly. I am not a fitness fanatic
but I have an inside job (after 30 years in the field), so
regular exercise is important to me.
